Habit Formed is a straightforward and fast-paced ditty about making bad choices. It describes the cycle that we all tend to go through: We form habits in our lives. In time, if left unchecked, these habits end up forming and shaping us, trapping us into patterns of destructive behavior and regret. It's a cautionary tale meant to warn against the temptations of short-term pleasure and hedonism.
